Got some more decorations up, photos to follow as well as explanations . . . .
The first four photos (which are blurry, sorry) are of the reorganized nativity. Most of the main “traditional” pieces went on top of the TV. There was originally a clear bulb in the manger, but it didn’t work well at all. I found an old, and I mean 1960s old orange bulb that fit and actually worked. Hopefully it won’t explode and set the house on fire.
The next two photos are of my grandmother’s really really really old cardboard Christmas village. You are supposed to put lights in the backs of them, but the cellophane windows in many of them are in such bad shape I didn’t bother. The church to the far left was left if the box it was bought in, so it’s in almost perfect condition compared to the rest.
The final two photos are the bare Christmas tree. We got it up, we just didn’t decorate it. It’s not your traditional type of tree as you can see. The last photo are of these three wisemen my grandma made and used to put up every year. When I was a kid they seemed a lot bigger than they actually are.

Very cool, and what an amazing job your grandmother did on the Three Wisemen!
Your grandmother did a wonderful job, you should be proud. Your tree is very cool, very untraditional!! Love it
That’s a cool lookin’ tree!
I love the little village. I just found a few of them in my mother’s attic and am going to use them in my decorating. The wise men are really great. Your Grandmother was a very talented lady!
