So after returning from my failed attempt to score a Nintendo Wii, I decided to clean a little house. It was long over due and the bathroom was not smelling classy. After, well I’m not saying how long it’s been since the house was cleaned, I got a semi decent clean done. Right now my allergies are paying from the dust I inhaled doing it though. I have a feeling it will be a long miserable night.

The rest of the day seemed to be one bad thing after another happening, hence the title of the post. I won’t bore you with it all. One good thing that came out of today, I finally made the grape jelly meatballs 🙂 Well they are marinating, though I have cheated and have a few and so far so good.

The other night I finally watched “The Ghost of Mae Nak.” This one gets a reccomend it. It’s an Asian flick, so this means you are going to have to read. It wasn’t all that much scary, but it was a good ghost story and creepy. It was part ghost story and part love story.

The story of Mae Nak is apparently a real legend, the movie plays into the legend. A newlywed couple moves into a house that is haunted by Mae Nak. Mae Nak needs something from them, though at first they don’t know what. The mystery of what she wants and needs takes a few twists and turns, which make the story a good one.

Effect wise the movie wasn’t bad. The first special affect was actually pretty terrible, but later effects were actually really good. The movie isn’t for the faint of heart, there is one nasty special effect.

If you are looking for a good ghost story this season this one will do, just don’t expect to be scared. However the twists and turns are a nice touch.
