So the cats kinda ran out of dry food in the middle of the night. There was some left in the bowl, but they are picky and I guess it was stale. This morning one of the cats was banging on the bedroom door, as they usually do when they need food. Suddenly I literally heard and saw the doorknob turning back and forth quickly, as if the door was locked and someone was trying to get in. I don’t think the cat is smart enough to figure out how to do that, the only alternative is the ghost. Maybe he was like “hey the cat is annoying me, get up and feed them!”
I had to get up early today anyways to take Nikko to the vet. I swear the vet is more popular than my doctors and I spend more time waiting for the vet than the doctor! Anyways Nikko has this thing on his snout. It looks like a cyst and it wasn’t going away. The vet looked at it and even had to stick a needle in to get some cells to study. Poor Nikko hated that. It may be a benign tumor that young dogs tend to get, the vet wasn’t 110% sure because the sample he got was so poor. Right now I have to watch it over the next week, if it doesn’t go down or gets worse he’s going to have it cut off. My poor baby 🙁
Having to get up early has left me dead today, especially given I stayed up too late watching “Designing Women” last night. It took me two hours just to watch “Days of Our Lives” because my mind kept wandering. I’m still doing “Passions” as I write this. Once these soaps are done I may have to take a nap. I think school wise today is just going to be a total wash at this point.
If I’m not going to do school work I might as well do something productive. Therefore I may spend the rest of the day cleaning house. After being gone two weeks it REALLY needs a good cleaning.

I hope you have realized you will not be watching Designing Women tonight. Stupid asses at Nick at Nite pulled the plug and are showing YET MORE Roseanne episodes instead of any Designing Women.
I just wanted to share that at the VERY moment I was reading about your cat and/or ghost turning the doorknob wanting to be fed, my cat knocked his ceramic food dish onto the floor with a huge crash.
I wonder why it’s not on. I know they have been running off schedule the past few nights, like 15-20 minutes behind the hour.
My cat pulls the door open by yanking it back and forth from underneath with her paw. It’s not the food she’s after, I feed her well and in this room. She just wants to run as fast as she can down my hallway and then back and then repeat etc.
She’s insane!
🙂
Oh, poor Nikko! I hope it all turns out to be nothing. :0(
