I’ve been beat today. I got up early, decided my head hurt and I didn’t really want to go out shopping, so I didn’t. I did run out later and picked up a printer that was on sale that I really wanted. I actually needed it as well, my other printer is kaput. I picked up a Canon printer/scanner/photo printer in one. It’s very nice and the photo quality is excellent. I just tested it out on one of those sexy half-naked power tool photos I took last week 😉

I watched Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire with my mom, I brought that down for her to see since it still isn’t on cable yet. Right now I’m just waiting for Footballers Wives on BBCA.

I’ve rented a car to head back up to Jersey on Wednesday, I can’t wait to see Percy. I bet he’s doubled in size over this last week.

Tomorrow is my dental appointment, not looking forward to it. I need to remind my dentist to use double Novocaine, he never seems to use enough.

I spent a good portion of the day looking at cruises and airfare for next January. I got all excited talking about the last cruise with Keith. I just want to decide on something and have it booked so I don’t have that as something hanging over my head.

I’m going to do my best to test drive some cars this week, but I think the car buying is getting pushed off again. I recently remembered I wanted to buy a car LAST SUMMER but never did, I couldn’t make up my mind and the financial commitment made me nervous. While I’ve narrowed the search down, the issue now is the Honda that I really like seems to be in demand right now and supplies are limited. You know those dealers will mark it up just because of that. I may wait till the fall or the Labor Day weekend to see what deals I can get then. (In my head I’ve basically accepted I’m probably not getting a car) Though by fall I should not be driving anywhere, I should be locked in my house doing dissertation revisions.
