I’m on a wireless internet connection, but a wireless cable internet connection. I have a wireless lan set up in my home for my PCs. With that said, I think I have a pretty strong, stable and secure connection.
However, when I go to myspace all my technology apparently amounts to a pile of shit. #1, MyS pace is down half the time so I can’t get in, I recognize this as being the servers load and popularity of the site. #2, when I do get in and go to look at someone’s page, IT KILLS MY CONNECTION! I have to go over to my cable modem and router, unplug them and boot them back up.
This isn’t the MySpace server, I’m pretty sure it’s MySpace whores. People on MySpace LOAD their pages up with songs and 50 million movie clips and animations. It kills my connection immediately because it’s trying to load 50 different sites at once.
Does this happen to anyone else? It’s not like it would really matter if the page loaded up fine anyways, I couldn’t read the dark blue text on a black background that has strobing stars anyways.

That happens to me ALL the time. Its very annoying but like an idiot I keep trying to log on knowing its going to be drama.
Somewhere in the MySpace settings you can set up your account to automatically ignore user songs, but it doesn’t always work. Maybe that only works on MySpace Music profiles. I don’t know. But, Dustin, you are right. It doesn’t really matter if you can’t read the darn page anyway due to the excessive crap in the background.
