Spaghettio Souffle
In a bowl mix together 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp of shredded Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of fat free milk, 1/8 tsp of garlic powder. Once mixed add in a 15oz can of Spaghettios. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until it is almost firm, then run under the broiler for 5 minutes. Allow to set for 5 minutes, cut into wedges and enjoy!
